A talk about Hindsight:

The setting: the vivid, ethereal park of the mind.
The problem: repairing the fractured memories of a patient, dispersed across this landscape.
The tool: the photographs of a very unique camera that is far more than it first appears...

Hindsight is a two-screen photography game about photographing the memories of the sick, dying and memory impaired. Acting as a kind of memory doctor, the player moves from the real world presented on a tablet, into the mind of their patient on the main PC screen where they attempt to fix their broken memories.

Your only tool in repairing these damaged memories is a very special camera, which offers some very unique gameplay mechanics. As you explore the vivid world of the mind, you'll quickly come to realise the power of a photograph is far more than mere observation...

Developed as a final-year graduation project, it should be a unique experience with all welcome to have a try! Tablet-based controls make the game very accessible without sacrificing depth of experience.

Previously shown at EGX, come along if you fancy trying something a bit different.

Remember to take plenty of photos!
