Have you ever wanted to create a game that doesn't just tell a story, but tells yours?
Christos "failnaut" Reid is a developer with a reputation for making games he describes as autobiography. A beneficiary of the rise of accessible game-making tools and a more diverse and interesting pool of videogames covering everything from mental health to sexuality, Christos invites you to sit down with him and work out how you could go about representing your life with videogames, in addition to discussing the topic with like-minded people who would like to do the same.
Note: please feel free to bring along pens, pencils, paper, and anything you think would help you think through and talk about your ideas. To leave with a formulated concept in mind is a great goal for this workshop!
Christos Reid, also known as "failnaut", is a creative wearing many hats - production, marketing, development, music, events and teaching, in addition to a lot of public speaking. Follow him @failnaut on Twitter.
